Well, it just so happened that the second biggest snow storm in Lynchburg this year happened to fall on Ally & Michael’s wedding day.
I was up early and out working to get my car free the morning of their wedding. I told the bride that if no one else showed up I would still be there one way or the other.
It took me over an hour to get out of my neighborhood as a test, so I figured I would be able to make it to our 4 p.m. photo start time without too much trouble.
Well, it was a good thing I left early as it took me another thirty minutes to get back out of my street. I still made it on time, so all turned out good.
I will have to say with all the snow and the crazy changes the couple had to make, they did a great job pulling of a winter wedding like this.
What a great story Ally and Michael will have to tell their kids about the day they got married in a huge snow storm.
What could have been a total crazy disaster turned into just the right kind of setting for their wedding day, and I was happy to be a part of it all.
Congratulations to both of you, and enjoy this sneak peek at your wedding images.
