You might think we were a little crazy for doing a bridal session in the snow and you might be right.

To be creative and work with people that love the same is just so much fun for me.

Ally, you were a total blast to work with and made my final bridal session of 2009 one to remember.

By special request I am posting this short video I made of our journey to rescue my nephew Jude who was snowed in at his grandparents’ house so he could be with his mother on his first birthday.

I donated a few hours of photography time last week Friday to help out my friends over at the Ellington Playhouse.

Ellington’s goal is to bring people together through music, and you’ll find a diverse group of people enjoying the wide array of music styles they offer.

They feature top national and regional acts that run the gamut of jazz, rock, blues, zydeco, folk, you name it, they have had it, or will be soon.

With their unique setting in historic downtown Lynchburg it’s just one of those places that once you’ve tried it, you’ll be hooked.

We’d like to think it’s one of the area’s best kept secrets for great music.

It is really hard to believe that 2009 is just about over.

This year has really just flown by for me. I am happy yet a little sad to make my final wedding post of the year.
