Four years ago today my wife and I were married. What a great day that was
Happy Anniversary Baby!

Well wedding season is in full swing and that means bridal and engagement sessions are happening left and right.
I met up with Ginny last Friday to shoot her session. We roamed the streets of downtown Lynchburg looking for just the right spot to capture the beauty of the bride.
Ginny works for the air force instructing pilots about the effects of g-force on their body. Flying in jets is a really cool job. Sorry no jets at this bridal session.
Ginny thanks for trusting me to capture this special time in your life.
I wish all the happiness in the world to you guys.
Enjoy this sneak peek at your bridal images.

Some of you might remember a few months back when I posted on the rock-climbing bride.
Well, last week I had the pleasure of meeting her in Madison Heights at the Historic River view for her bridal session.
Historic River view is a brand new wedding and event location just outside of Lynchburg city.
The weather was just about as perfect as it could get for a bridal session.
Noell you were a joy to work with and I wish you and your husband to be all the happiness in the world.
Looking forward to climbing with you one day in the future.

Over the weekend I hit the road and headed up to Keswick, VA to shoot a birthday party at the Merifields’ Farm.
I was contacted by the very talented Easton Events to capture this birthday celebration.
Easton Events is based out of Charlottesville, Va and pulled out all the stops to put on this stunning event.
It was a pleasure to be working with them again. The event took place on the family’s 300 plus acre farm.
“Blue Ridge Light Forms” took care of all the ambiance and lighting effects for the tent.
The event also featured the recent finalist on the show Top Chef “Carla Hill” and her catering company “Alchemy” from DC.
Carla and her talented crew prepared some of the most amazing dishes I have seen.
Her food presentation was to say the least, impressive. The attention to detail they put in every dish showed.
The night also featured a U2 cover band that rocked the house… er tent! Great show guys!
Well, as you can see from the vast amount of photos posted, I really enjoyed capturing this event and love working with passionate people.
