Spring time is here and love is in the air. What a perfect time of year to capture the look of love.
I meet Kathleen and her entourage this past week at Winridge manor for her bridal session.
Winridge is located in the Madison Heights area just outside of Lynchburg, VA.
Kathleen, you were a joy to photograph and your family was such a supportive group to have come along with you.
Enjoy this sneak peak at your bridal images and I look forward to working with you again in Charlottesville for the wedding.
Have a great weekend.

Last night my wife and I went on a date to the Circus.
Cole Brothers was in town and we decided we needed a night out.
I took my camera along to capture some images from our night.
If you get a chance next time they are in town check them out.
I found this cool youtube video on the circus history.

I had the opportunity this past week to shoot a very unique photo session.
The photo session was for one of my sister in laws really good friends.
The interesting part about the session was that it was a little bit wedding and a little bit Maternity all wrapped into one.
Mary and Stephen were married just that morning before I joined them for their session.
We had a really nice time capturing what is sure to be one the coolest days in their life.
Congratulations to you both on your marriage and soon arrival of the little one.
Many Blessings!

Well, it’s Wednesday and time to get caught up on another session I did this past weekend.
I had the honor of working with a client from my past, Johnnie Moore.
The last time I was working with Johnnie, we were shooting a family session with his mother and sister.
This time around I am happy to be working with Johnnie and his fiancee, Andrea.
They recently got engaged, so it was time to capture this couple in love at the beautiful Keswick Hall just outside of Charlottesville.
With all the bad weather we have been having I was a little worried how things would turn out, but God kept the rain off of us for our session.
I had a hard time today picking what images to show off on the site today. Just too many good ones and for that I thank Johnnie and Andrea for their willingness to be open to my ideas.
I think we captured some stunning images that they will be able to share with their family, friends and maybe someday children.
Lord bless you guys and I look forward to our next time together… your wedding day.
Enjoy!

Ok, so it is Tuesday and I am still catching up on work from last week.
It’s great to be busy, but I hate having to make my clients wait on me to see their images.
Laura and George drove in from Blacksburg to shoot this session with me here in the Burg.
The day started with me not being able to find a parking spot downtown due to the fact that some shoe sale was going on and about every woman from the surrounding area was downtown.
I finally found a parking spot and then looked for Laura and George. We have talked on the phone a few times, but this was our first meeting in person.
Well, I think we hit it off great and I really enjoyed my time with them.
We roved the back streets downtown in search of the perfect backdrop for their photos.
I think the first photo turned out so cool and was a great start to a fun day.
Laura and George, thanks for making the trip for the session, enjoy your images, and sorry for the extra wait.

Just a sneak peak at a new project we’re working on for the Lynchburg City School system.
