Crocket & Keeney Winter Wedding

Well, it just so happened that the second biggest snow storm in Lynchburg this year happened to fall on Ally & Michael’s wedding day.

I was up early and out working to get my car free the morning of their wedding. I told the bride that if no one else showed up I would still be there one way or the other.

It took me over an hour to get out of my neighborhood as a test, so I figured I would be able to make it to our 4 p.m. photo start time without too much trouble.

Well, it was a good thing I left early as it took me another thirty minutes to get back out of my street. I still made it on time, so all turned out good.

I will have to say with all the snow and the crazy changes the couple had to make, they did a great job pulling of a winter wedding like this.

What a great story Ally and Michael will have to tell their kids about the day they got married in a huge snow storm.

What could have been a total crazy disaster turned into just the right kind of setting for their wedding day, and I was happy to be a part of it all.

Congratulations to both of you, and enjoy this sneak peek at your wedding images.

Linda Hall What great pictures! Can't wait to see the other 1,000! They are living it up in Florida right now while we are headed for another snow storm tonight. I know they will be really pleased with the pictures. 2010-02-04 18:39:02

I just wanted to share with you a great cause that we will be working with this year.

Stone Blue is helping to sponsor this year’s EDUC8-K 8K Race & 1K Fun Run with our design services and promotion of the event.

We just finished designing the posters that will be going up all over town promoting the race.

Not only will this be a fun race but the proceeds will help to build a school for impoverished children through Samaritans Purse.

To learn more about the EDUC8-K 8K Race & 1K Fun Run visit this link.

We will also be giving away free entries into the race later on this year so stay tuned.

Mullen & Schaltegger Wedding

I was off to Lexington, VA this past weekend for a wedding at the beautiful House Mtn.

After all that snow we had a few weeks ago, I was kind of hoping for a little of it to be left over for this wedding.

My wish came true. There was just enough snow to add to the winter feel of Kimberly and Zachary’s wedding.

Family and friends gathered outside under the new open air building added to the grounds this past year for the ceremony.

Following the ceremony everyone headed inside to warm up and enjoy the reception.

I had a great time not only working with Kimberly and Zachary but also a new photographer working with us Liz Cook.
